Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger integrations and large-scale transformations. You will serve as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes driving governance, risk management, and change management while maintaining strategic alignment and stakeholder communication across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field) required.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders for successful delivery.
• Develop communication plans and provide regular status updates to leadership.
