Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to oversee end-to-end integration governance across acquisitions, ensuring disciplined execution through tollgate-based processes. You will lead cross-functional integration efforts, own synergy delivery and risk management, aligning programs with operational excellence.

You will operate at strategic and execution levels, drive Day 1 readiness, manage value realization across Finance, HR, IT, Operations and Commercial, and build

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration strategy and planning across functions.
• Own end-to-end synergy tracking, value realization, and risk management.
• Govern cross-functional integration execution with Finance, HR, IT, Operations.
• Drive Day 1 readiness and post-close execution cadence.
• Develop integration governance and tollgate reviews with leadership.
