Job summary

Qualifications

4–6+ years of professional consulting experience in merger integration, business transformation, and change management.
MBA preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

Provide service excellence by identifying client issues, evaluating analyses, and delivering actionable recommendations.
Assist with IMO workstreams—Synergies, TSAs, Day 1 Readiness—depending on deal size.
Support Day 1 and Day 100 planning, execution, and performance improvement across functions.
Drive performance assessments and help implement recommendations across the enterprise.
Track progress against Day 1 and Day 100 objectives and adjust integration strategies.
