Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Workforce in Transactions Manager to lead HR due diligence and integration services for mergers and acquisitions, with private equity and corporate clients.

You will coordinate with client leadership to identify HR risks, quantify financial impact, and oversee analyses and presentations for C-suite, covering compensation, benefits, and HR systems. National and regional salary ranges are noted; extensive project management and mentoring duties are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; field of study in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, HR management or related preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of HR transactions, actuarial, compensation and/or strategic service consulting experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to C-Suite.
• Strong Excel skills and financial acumen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee due diligence processes for pre-deal and post-deal HR activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Advise on go-forward HR strategy, compensation, benefits, HR systems, organization design and change management.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients; interview executives and board members.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
