Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Workforce in Transactions Manager to oversee HR due diligence and integration services for mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs and dispositions for private equity and corporate clients. The role involves identifying HR risks, quantifying impacts, and delivering integration strategies across compensation, benefits, HR systems, organizational design and change management.

The position requires strong communication, financial acumen, and the ability to manage large-scale HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; field of study in Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Human Resources Management, preferred
• Five (5) or more years of prior experience in HR transactions, actuarial, compensation and/or strategic service consulting, required
• Strong Excel skills and financial acumen strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Diligence (Pre-Deal): Oversees the diligence process and key stakeholder management
• Post-Deal: Formulates go-forward HR strategy and quantifies financial impact of decisions
• Consulting: Serves as a consultant, prepares client reports and presents information
• Supervisory: Manages upwards and junior staff, provides feedback
• Other duties as required
