Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Workforce in Transactions Manager to lead HR due diligence and integration services for mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, and dispositions with private equity and corporate clients. The role focuses on identifying HR risks, modeling financial impacts, and guiding post-deal strategy across compensation, benefits, systems and organization design.

The position requires 5+ years of HR transactions experience, strong communication skills, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; field of study in Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Human Resources Management preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of prior experience in HR transactions, actuarial, compensation and/or strategic service consulting, required.
• Ability to clearly communicate (both written and verbally).
• Strong financial acumen and Excel skills preferred.
• Experience managing large scale projects and drafting reports/presentations to executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversees HR due diligence and integration services for mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs and dispositions.
• Identifies and quantifies HR risks and issues through diligence and merger-integration activities.
• Develops go-forward HR strategy and quantifies financial impact of changes.
• Manages project teams and coordinates with other workstreams; mentors junior staff.
