Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of financial accounting due diligence experience at a top accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA or equivalent credential.
• Proficiency with US GAAP, SEC reporting, and purchase accounting.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Assist with core financial due diligence: identify key risks and potential deal breakers, assess the strengths and weaknesses of the business against industry benchmarks, and evaluate transactions in the context of clients’ investment strategies.
• Analyze financial statements and related data; synthesize information to inform discussions with target management and drive conclusions.
• Construct deal‑oriented reports and presentations highlighting findings and value drivers for profits and cash flows.
