Jobot is seeking an Associate for Transaction Advisory Services focused on Financial Due Diligence in Dallas. The role involves conducting thorough financial diligence for M&A activities and supporting deal teams with analytics and accounting considerations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of relevant experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and are pursuing CPA credentials. This position offers exposure to multiple industries and growth within a leading advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (required).
• 3+ years of financial due diligence experience (or 2+ years with audit) ideally with a Big 4 firm.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx and data analytics packages preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP including SEC reporting and purchase accounting.
• CPA (or pursuing CPA) is required or desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Analyze financial data and assist in deal conclusions and reporting.
• Support data analytics and accounting matters related to transactions.
