Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Associate in Transaction Advisory Services for Financial Due Diligence in Boston. You will perform financial due diligence for private and public M&A transactions, working with deal teams and clients across industries.

The ideal candidate has an undergraduate degree and 3+ years of financial due diligence experience (or a qualifying audit background with at least 2 years in due diligence), plus familiarity with data analytics tools and GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 3+ years of financial due diligence experience (or mix with audit, at least 2 years due diligence).
• Familiarity with Tableau/Alteryx and data analytics preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP including SEC reporting and transaction issues.
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA.

Responsibilities
