Position Overview

The Senior Associate will play a critical role in financial due diligence efforts, leading aspects of transaction advisory engagements while managing communication with clients, staff, and target companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support transaction advisory engagements including buy-side and sell-side due diligence
• Analyze financial statements and prepare detailed data books and reports (QofE, working capital, net debt, etc.)
• Participate in client calls, management meetings, and issue tracking throughout the deal process
• Manage deliverables, data requests, and support junior staff development
• Provide timely communication with internal teams and clients
• Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory, audit, or financial due diligence
