Job summary

Jobot seeks a Vice President, Transaction Advisory Services - Financial Due Diligence to lead complex M&A diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients. You will supervise teams, manage data rooms, coordinate with CFOs, and deliver actionable financial insights.

The role requires 6+ years of financial due diligence experience (Big 4 preferred), familiarity with Tableau and Alteryx, and strong GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of financial due diligence experience (or a combination with audit experience, at least 4 years in due diligence)
• Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx and data analytics packages preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP including SEC reporting, purchase accounting and transaction related issues

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements for M&A transactions across industries.
• Oversee data analytics workstreams and coordinate with client teams and deal sponsors.
• Provide actionable financial insights and ensure quality of deliverables to clients.
