Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Vice President to lead Financial Due Diligence within Transaction Advisory Services in Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on guiding teams through complex M&A financial due diligence for private and public companies.

The successful candidate will bring 6+ years of due diligence experience (Big 4 preferred), deep GAAP knowledge, and CPA candidacy. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.
• 6+ years of financial due diligence experience (or 4+ years with audit) preferably with a Big 4 firm.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx and data analytics packages preferred (but not required).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP including SEC reporting, purchase accounting and transaction related issues.
• CPA (or actively pursuing CPA).
