Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Miami seeks a dynamic Senior Associate to join the Corporate Transactions Group. You will engage in financial due diligence, analyze detailed financial data, and support deal execution across buy-side and sell-side transactions for a range of industries.

The base salary is $130,000 annually, with a discretionary bonus program based on performance and geography. A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture and strong developmental opportunities round out the package.

Responsibilities

• Analyze detailed financial statements and key data to support deal discussions.
• Assess the quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows of target companies.
• Prepare deal-oriented reports and client presentations highlighting key findings.
• Interact with target management and client personnel during execution.
• Mentor CTG associates and contribute to training initiatives.
• Coordinate with other A&M service groups during engagements.
