Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager for Transaction Advisory/Financial Due Diligence in Miami. You will lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients, assessing earnings quality, cash flows, working capital, and forecasts while engaging with management.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, CPA status, and strong US GAAP knowledge, with Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. You will mentor junior staff and interact closely with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of audit and financial accounting due diligence experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Mentor Associates and Senior Associates; manage multiple projects.
• Develop and present quality of earnings, P&L and WC analyses.
• Communicate project status, scope, and billing to clients.
