Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Corporate Transactions Attorney to support a legal AI training and evaluation project remotely. You will review complex agreements, draft and redline contracts, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated analyses.

The role focuses on M&A deals, SPAs and APAs, with responsibilities to evaluate AI outputs and develop criteria for testing. You will collaborate with product and research teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and admitted to a U.S. bar.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2+ years in M&A in a corporate law firm.
• Familiarity with SPAs and APAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
• Evaluate AI responses to M&A and contract-related scenarios.
• Develop objective evaluation criteria for AI performance.
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Collaborate with product and research teams on legal AI workflows.
