Job summary

Focus Partners Wealth is seeking an Associate in Corporate Strategy to join a high‑impact team overseeing M&A activities. Based in New York, Austin, or San Francisco, you will drive deals from proposal to close, supported by senior team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years in investment banking, private equity, or strategic consulting.
• Strong financial statement analysis and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in every step of the M&A deal process from proposal to close.
• Review CIMs and coordinate NDAs/meetings with bankers.
• Perform financial due diligence and P&L scoping for deals.
