The role focuses on strategic M&A deals, with a route to partner for the right person. If you've led significant deals and can draft and negotiate documents independently, this is a strong match. Qualifications

• JD and admitted to a US state bar.
• 3 to 6 years of dedicated strategic M&A at a large national firm or a strong boutique.
• Able to draft and negotiate deal documents on your own.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate main deal documents independently.
• Lead on strategic M&A deals with clients.
• Possibility to advance to partner title for the right candidate.
