Focus Financial Partners is seeking an Associate for its core strategy team to drive corporate development and M&A execution. You will participate in every step of the deal process, from proposal to close, and work with senior members to structure terms, perform due diligence, and prepare IC memorandums.

The role offers broad exposure to legal, finance, and cross-functional teams, with pathways for advancement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Participate in every step of the M&A deal process from proposal to close.
• Review CIMs for investment banker-led processes and coordinate NDAs/meetings.
• Perform financial due diligence and P&L scoping for prospective deals.
• Structure and model deal terms.
• Prepare and present Investment Committee memorandums and term sheets.
• Act as central coordination point across Focus’s Corporate and business lines.
• Assist senior team members and gain cross-functional exposure to legal, finance, and other teams.
