Ladders is seeking a Strategy Associate to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance sector. Remote position for US-based candidates; no visa sponsorship.

You will shape corporate strategy, drive long-range planning, and partner with executive leadership to translate market insights into actionable recommendations. Responsibilities include leading growth initiatives, evaluating acquisitions and strategic partnerships, and delivering executive-level analyses.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, M&A, or business development.
• Master's degree preferred, ideally an MBA.
• Experience in investment banking or consulting is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on market and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and drive strategic initiatives.

For our client, we are seeking a Strategy Associate to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will help shape corporate strategy and business development efforts that support long-term growth across the organization. You will partner closely with executive leadership to clarify priorities, drive strategic planning, and translate market insights into actionable recommendations. The position also plays a key role in evaluating acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships that expand the business and create new opportunities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
