Partner Company, a growing healthcare technology organization, seeks a Lead Corporate Counsel to shape strategy and drive high-impact M&A.

You will partner with Corporate Development and executive leadership, mentor the Corporate Counsel team, and develop playbooks, governance frameworks, and fundraising readiness. This remote-first role spans the United States and offers senior-level leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school and active U.S. license.
• Substantial M&A experience with high eight- to nine-figure transactions.
• Strong people-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A transactions from LOI through diligence, negotiation, closing, and post-closing matters.
• Develop standardized playbooks and processes for routine corporate transactions.
• Oversee corporate governance, entity management, and legal readiness for fundraising and financings.
