Job summary

Varco Home Health in Crowley, TX is seeking a PRN Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one in-home care. You’ll follow the plan of care, perform vital signs, meds, wound and catheter care, and report changes to the RN Case Manager.

This role offers flexible scheduling, independence in the field, and meaningful patient-focused work with a steady patient volume in the Crowley area.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
