Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a skilled LVN to deliver one-on-one in-home care in Crowley, TX. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling, making it ideal for LVNs seeking work-life balance or supplemental income.

You will perform home health visits, follow the plan of care, and communicate with the RN Case Manager. Reliable transportation and a Texas LVN license are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
