Job summary

Legacy at Town Creek is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate nursing team. You will work closely with the Medical Director and attending physicians to plan and deliver nursing services to residents.

We offer shift options from 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am. A $1000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time employment, with equal opportunity employment policies in place.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned to you.
• Assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services for residents.
• Examining residents and records to identify early signs of health changes.
• Completing medical forms, reports, evaluations and charting for assigned residents.
