Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated LVN or RN to join our Tyler, TX team. You will work full-time, Monday through Friday, under the guidance of a DON and clinical staff to provide high quality resident care at Reunion Plaza Healthcare & Rehabilitation.

The role involves collaborating with medical directors and physicians, evaluating residents, and supporting nursing service planning. We value teamwork, growth, and exceptional patient care as core principles.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN/LVN or RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• We are seeking a dedicated team player who cares for residents and is committed to excellence in care.
• FT Monday through Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services.
• Examining residents and records to identify early signs of health issues and completing medical forms and reports.

What You’ll be Doing

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
