Reunion Plaza Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Tyler, TX is seeking an LVN or RN to join our dedicated nursing team. You will work under the guidance of an amazing DON and support staff to deliver quality resident care.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Medical Director and physicians, chart review, and performance of nursing services. This is a day shift with full-time hours in a resident-centered setting.

• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.

• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
