Job summary

Regal Wine Company, a luxury wine distributor, is seeking an Assistant Sales Associate – Royal Division to support Account Sales Executives across key chain accounts in the district. You will help maintain 100% shelf distribution and introduce new item placements while representing the brand in every interaction.

This role requires early morning availability, a valid driver's license, travel within California, and a willingness to reside within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Sales Executives in key chain accounts in the assigned district
• Maintain 100% shelf distribution and sell in new item distribution
• Communicate current pricing information and ensure pricing is correct on displays and in accounts
• Build and merchandise displays, fill shelves and cold boxes, maintain merchandising standards
• Establish rapport with store managers and other store personnel
• Prioritize and plan account activities with preplans and recaps to District Manager
• Attend team meetings and contribute to goals and execution plans
• Carry company cell phone and POS materials during work hours
• Develop wine knowledge, business acumen and sales skills
• Other duties as assigned by Royal District or Region Manager
