Job summary

Regal Wine Company is seeking an Assistant Sales Associate – Royal Division in California. You will support Account Sales Executives in key chain accounts, maintain shelf distribution, and help introduce new products while upholding merchandising standards.

You will travel within California, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate with a company cell phone and POS materials as you build relationships with store managers and staff to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance with a clean record.
• Available for early morning shifts, Monday to Friday.
• Willing to travel within California up to 6 times per year.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Sales Executives in key chain accounts in the district.
• Maintain 100% shelf distribution and introduce new items.
• Communicate current pricing and ensure displays are accurate.
• Build displays, stock shelves, and uphold merchandising standards.
• Establish rapport with store personnel and managers.
• Prepare preplans/recaps for District Manager and participate in meetings.
• Carry company cell phone and POS materials during work hours.
• Develop wine knowledge and sales skills for professional growth.
