Job summary

Regal Wine Company invites applications for an Assistant Sales Associate in the Royal Division. This role supports Account Sales Executives across California, maintaining shelf presence and driving new item distribution while building strong store relationships.

Ideal candidates are at least 21, hold a valid driver's license, and can travel within California up to six times per year. Position requires lifting up to 50 lbs and living within the territory. A discretionary bonus is available.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Willingness to travel within California up to 6 times per year
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks on a routine basis
• Willing to reside within designated territory

Responsibilities

• Support Account Sales Executives in key chain accounts in the district
• Maintain shelf distribution and introduce new items in accounts
• Communicate pricing and ensure accuracy on displays
• Build and merchandise displays and maintain standards
• Establish rapport with store personnel and managers
• Plan account activities with preplans and recaps for District Manager
• Attend team meetings and contribute to goal reviews
• Carry company cell phone and POS materials during work hours
• Develop wine knowledge and sales skills
• Perform other duties as assigned by Royal District or Region Manager
