Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury hospitality, wine service, or sales.
• Exceptional guest service with a polished, engaging presence.
• Natural ability to build rapport and create meaningful guest connections.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, holidays and special events.
• Must be at least 21 years of age; California Food Handler and RBS certifications within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating personalized experiences.
• Lead curated tastings and tours, articulating wine profiles and brand stories.
• Build relationships with guests, tailoring experiences to preferences.
• Inspire wine purchases and wine club memberships through storytelling and engagement.
• Process transactions using POS systems and reconcile daily.
• Collaborate with hospitality, culinary, and concierge teams for seamless service.
• Maintain a luxurious guest area and uphold presentation standards.
• Support winery events, including setup, engagement, and breakdown.
