As Private Client/Trade Ambassador, you will host elevated experiences, manage client relationships in CRM, and collaborate with Estate Events, Sales, and Marketing to reflect our regenerative

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or related settings.
Experience hosting personalized, high-touch guest experiences.
Ability to document and manage guest profiles in CRM systems.
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
Must be at least 21 years old.
California Food Handlers Training and RBS Certification completed within 30 days.

Responsibilities

Host on-site private tastings and estate experiences for VIP guests and trade partners.
Create welcoming, well-paced experiences reflecting winery standards.
Guide guests through the estate story, farming practices, and sustainability.
Maintain guest profiles and notes to support retention and loyalty.
