Responsibilities

• Prepare tasting room for opening and closing.
• Present, pour and educate guests on wines and lead tours.
• Promote wine, events and tours to members.
• Operate POS and WineDirect accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication.
• Supervise floor in managers' absence.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities.
• Know current inventory and experiences.
