Tetherow Resort in Bend, Oregon is seeking a dynamic Wedding Corporate and Group Sales Manager to drive revenue across corporate and group segments. You will combine strategic selling with relationship-building to secure booked events and long-term partnerships.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in corporate or group sales within luxury hospitality, strong CRM skills, and a hunter mentality. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel, with a competitive salary plus

Qualifications

• 2+ years in corporate or group sales, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of resort offerings and market positioning.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage inquiries and accounts.
• Hunter/closer mindset with collaboration with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, negotiate, contract, and close wedding and group business.
• Develop and execute measurable sales strategies aligned with revenue goals.
• Conduct site tours and client meetings, communicating services and value.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Maintain organized client files and sales documentation.
• Plan complex meetings and events; serve as on-site contact before handoff.
• Lead site inspections, FAM trips, and client presentations.
• Travel to trade shows and cultivate new markets.
