Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate sales, events, or group sales experience.
• Proven sales acumen with knowledge of resort/hotel offerings and market positioning.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic, analytical, and follow-through abilities for revenue growth.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage inquiries and track activity.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, negotiate, contract, and close wedding and group business.
• Develop and execute measurable sales strategies aligned with resort revenue goals.
• Conduct site tours and client meetings, communicating services and value clearly.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Maintain organized client account files and sales docs.
• Lead hotel site inspections, FAM trips, and client presentations.
• Travel to attend trade shows and cultivate new markets.
