The Watches of Switzerland Group in New York is seeking a Service Consultant to deliver exceptional client service for Service Orders and aftercare. You will coordinate, communicate, and follow up to ensure quality experiences and timely resolutions.

This role requires schedule flexibility to support showroom hours, including evenings and weekends, and a focus on efficiency, cost control, and revenue generation through Aftercare activities.

Competenze

• Experience with luxury watches.
• Keen timepiece knowledge and strap sizing.
• Retail law, health & safety, and security knowledge.
• Ability to manage costs and identify efficiency improvements.
• Excellent project, planning and time management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• IT literate and numerate with performance analysis.
• Flexibility and willingness to stand for long periods.

• Coordinate, prioritize, and follow up on all service orders.
