Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC in New York is seeking a Service Consultant to coordinate service orders and ensure high-quality aftercare experiences. You will support showroom operations, manage parts and processes, and help generate revenue within the Aftercare department.

Schedule flexibility including nights and weekends is required. Join a luxury retailer known for exceptional client service and strong partnerships with premium watch brands.

Qualifications

• Experience with luxury watches and technical knowledge of timepieces.
• Ability to change or size straps/bracelets and handle timepiece-related tasks.
• Understanding of Retail law, Health & Safety, and Security requirements.
• Strong cost control, efficiency improvements, and time management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prioritize, communicate and follow up on Service Orders.
• Ensure quality of aftercare experience aligned with department standards.
• Support showroom hours, including evenings and weekends, with flexible scheduling.
• Contribute to long-term operational efficiency and revenue generation in Aftercare.

Skills
