Watches of Switzerland Group PLC is seeking a Service Consultant to deliver exceptional client service by coordinating, prioritizing, and following up on all Service Orders, and maintaining aftercare quality in line with company strategy.

The role supports showroom operations, spare parts management, and long-term efficiency across the Aftercare department, with schedule flexibility to accommodate evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• Experience with luxury watches.
• Ability to size straps/bracelets.
• Knowledge of Retail law, Health & Safety, & Security.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage costs and identify efficiency improvements.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades
