Job summary

Brobston Group in New York is seeking a Service Consultant to coordinate and follow up on service orders, delivering outstanding aftercare experiences for clients. This role supports department workflow, special orders, spare parts management, operational efficiency, and revenue generation.

You will oversee the quality of each customer experience, assist with workflow and inventory, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency while contributing to the department's revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with luxury watches and technical knowledge of timepieces.
• Ability to change or size watch straps and bracelets.
• Knowledge of applicable retail law, health and safety, and security requirements.
• Strong project, planning, change, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• IT literacy and the ability to analyze performance and make effective decisions.
• Results-focused, adaptable, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prioritize, communicate, and follow up on service orders.
• Ensure the quality of each aftercare experience and uphold department standards.
• Support workflow, special order and spare parts management, and operating efficiency.
• Identify efficiency improvements and help manage operating costs.
• Support revenue generation throughout the Aftercare department.
