You will be the main liaison between clients and our technical team, guiding timelines, warranty terms, and post-service benefits while maintaining an elegant service counter.

With deep product knowledge and polished communication, you will anticipate client needs and uphold Rolex standards in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in luxury retail or hospitality
• Exceptional communication with local and international clients
• Polished, professional presentation
• Capable of learning technical watch concepts quickly
• Organized with CRM and data-entry proficiency
• Multilingual abilities a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience at the service floor, guiding clients through intake and service discussions
• Create accurate service intake documentation and assign to technicians
• Review estimates and present client-friendly summaries for discussion and approval
• Communicate estimates professionally in-store, by phone or email
• Maintain an elegant, organized service counter reflecting Rolex standards
• Record all intake, communication and approvals in the service system
• Coordinate daily with technicians on workflow and timelines
• Provide timely updates on repair status and changes identified during diagnostics
• Deliver a premium handoff with watch review, warranty details, and post-service care
