Richemont North America, Inc. seeks a Client Advisor for the Dallas boutique. You will drive luxury sales, welcome VIP customers, and manage every sale step with Panerai standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining boutique presentation, building CRM data, and supporting boutique performance through targeted follow-up and service excellence. Fluent English required; luxury service mindset essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in the luxury retail industry, in a sales function.
• Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales targets: consistently achieve/exceed monthly and yearly turnover and KPI targets.
• Welcome customers and manage all steps of the sale following Panerai Selling Ceremony.
• Identify high-potential sales leads and follow up to generate opportunities.
• Contribute to boutique performance through briefings and CRM initiatives.
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and comply with all policies.
