Job summary

Richemont’s Beverly Hills boutique seeks a Watch and Jewelry Consultant to deliver exceptional service, drive sales targets, and proactively grow the Piaget client base for high-net-worth clients.

You will build lasting client relationships, participate in boutique events, maintain product knowledge, and uphold standards across Sales Performance, Clienteling, and Operations. Excellent communication, professionalism, and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years’ experience in luxury retail or service with a passion for luxury brands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-groomed with professional demeanor and reliability.
• Team player with initiative and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs while proactively developing a Piaget Client Base.
• Define and recruit prospective clientele; assist after sales clients.
• Develop knowledge of Piaget creations to provide exceptional service.
• Participate in boutique events to grow potential clientele.
• Follow procedures and policies per Retail Book and RISE.
• Recommend improvements to boutique operations and attend trainings.
