Job summary

Panerai in the Miami Design District seeks a Client Advisor to drive luxury retail sales and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will welcome customers, guide the full sales process, and uphold Panerai’s renowned Selling Ceremony.

Fluency in English is essential, with a passion for luxury aesthetics. You will expand the client base through CRM and contribute to boutique operations and events within Richemont North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail, in a sales function.
• Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve monthly/yearly turnover and KPI targets set by Boutique Manager.
• Support in achieving Boutique overall targets and participate in briefings.
• Welcome and handle customers’ requests, lead all steps of the sale following Panerai Selling Ceremony.
• Identify high-potential leads and perform follow-up to generate product opportunities.
• Understand customer needs to suggest and promote products accordingly.
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and comply with company policies.
• Develop CRM database and manage client portfolio for relationship building.
