Panerai Tysons Boutique seeks a Client Advisor to deliver luxury customer service, guide sales through the Panerai Selling Ceremony, and drive boutique turnover with KPI-focused performance

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in luxury retail, fluent English, strong selling skills, attention to detail, and a client-centric mindset. You will build relationships, participate in brand trainings, and contribute to a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in luxury retail, sales-focused.
• Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
• Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
• Result and action oriented.
• Excellent communicator with networking ability.
• Curious and self-motivated with customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and handle customers’ requests, lead and manage all steps of the sale following Panerai Selling Ceremony.
• Identify high-potential sales leads and follow up to generate product opportunities.
• Understand customer needs to suggest and promote products accordingly.
• Develop CRM data for relationship management and follow-up.
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and policy compliance.
