You will build long-term relationships, greet and engage every customer, maintain high standards and share detailed knowledge of our collections. Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with team-player approach.
• Must be available to work retail hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store client experience with thorough product knowledge.
• Partner with Boutique and local management for events and networking.
• Capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets following retail guidelines.
• Assist with daily boutique operations and inventory.
• Provide detailed descriptions of Maison pieces and care.
