Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Travel Advisory team is seeking a capable Travel Advisor to assist internal and external customers with reservations and complex situations. You will diagnose and resolve issues, negotiate with providers, and ensure a seamless customer experience across multiple booking tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years in travel industry with knowledge of GDS and self-booking tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, including working across multiple screens.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about travel arrangements and resolve issues, acting as a company and customer advocate.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and deliver timely resolutions with high accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of client programs, products, and procedures and support online booking tools and multiple websites.
• Negotiate with vendors and external customers to reach acceptable resolutions, including loyalty points and fee waivers.
• Maintain call quality and confidentiality; keep supervisor informed of issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist other Travel Advisors in real time, coach on best practices, and monitor agent performance.
