Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Advisor or consultant in luxury travel.
• Deep understanding of the luxury travel market and high-end client expectations.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and book tours, cruises, travel packages, and customized programs, creating seamless itineraries.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and preferences, advising on destinations, transportation, dates, accommodations, costs.
• Drive customer experience metrics (NPS/OSAT, conversion, service quality) by delivering exceptional service.
• Offer comprehensive travel solutions to ensure each component is integrated for a seamless experience.
• Utilize Chase Travel tools to manage reservations, flights, ground transport, and payments.
