Johnny Was is seeking a Stylist in Chicago to deliver a highly personalized luxury client experience and drive boutique sales. You will blend styling expertise with relationship-building to support store leadership and create an inspiring in-store environment aligned with the Johnny Was aesthetic.

You will manage clienteling efforts, maintain an active book, and collaborate on events while upholding brand standards, product knowledge, and professional presentation.

Qualificações

• 2-3+ years of luxury, contemporary, or premium retail sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and performance metrics.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and styling.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience reflecting the brand aesthetic.
• Build authentic client relationships through proactive outreach, before and after purchases.
• Manage an active client book with regular follow-up and appointment selling.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge including fabrication, fit, and storytelling.
• Support store events, trunk shows, and community activations.
• Maintain brand standards and polished, luxury presentation on the sales floor.
• Oversee boutique operations as needed and assist with shipments/inventory.
