You will build relationships through clienteling, maintain a client book, demonstrate product knowledge, and support operations, events, and visual merchandising to create a luxury in-store environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in luxury, contemporary, or premium retail sales preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and metrics.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience reflecting the Johnny Was aesthetic.
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and outreach.
• Maintain a growing client book with follow-up and appointment selling.
• Demonstrate product knowledge on fabrication, fit, craftmanship, and storytelling.
• Support store events, trunk shows, and visual merchandising to drive traffic.
