Job summary

Perennials and Sutherland, LLC is seeking a Studio Manager for the Boston showroom and surrounding markets. This role leads day-to-day operations, drives premier client experiences with interior designers, architects, and luxury homeowners, and ensures the showroom reflects brand excellence.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in trade sales or luxury furnishings.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to travel to manage outside sales.
• Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and sales for the Studio, delivering an elevated client experience for interior designers, architects, and luxury homeowners.
• Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support the team, service clients, and ensure the showroom runs smoothly daily.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals, grow territory performance, and support new product launches.
• Manage, train, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative, service-driven environment that reflects brand values.
• Oversee visual merchandising and showroom presentation to ensure a compelling, on-brand space.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendor partners, and internal departments including marketing, product development, and logistics.
• Organize and host showroom events, private appointments, and product presentations to drive engagement and strengthen client relationships.
• Monitor and report on sales metrics, client activity, and showroom performance using various sales platforms and CRM.
• Manage the showroom budget, maintain profitability, and ensure operational efficiency across all functions.
