Summer Classics is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Pelham showroom. You will lead a design‑minded team to deliver exceptional client experiences and uphold our refined brand standards. The role blends people leadership with day‑to‑day operations, budgeting, and strategic growth.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail/design, with 2+ years in leadership, and a passion for service and luxury furnishings. On‑site role with emphasis on showroom excellence and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in business, design, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in retail or design, with 2+ years in a leadership role; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong client service mindset and design sensibility.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a design‑minded team to create memorable client experiences.
• Oversee daily store operations from open to close with hospitality at the core.
• Set ambitious goals, track results, and coach the team to exceed them.
• Elevate the client journey and anticipate needs with thoughtful solutions.
