Job summary

Perennials and Sutherland is seeking a dynamic Full Time Sales professional for our Dallas flagship Showroom in the Design District. You will engage with clients in person and remotely, understand needs, and guide interior projects from concept to budget management.

The role emphasizes strong communication, CRM usage, and collaborative teamwork to consistently meet and exceed sales goals in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Minimum of two years of inside sales experience, order processing, and deposits.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients in person, by phone, email, and online platforms to understand needs.
Collaborate on interiors projects, including budgets and schedules.
Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
Create detailed sales quotes with pricing and quantities.
Maintain accurate records of communications in Salesforce.
Aim to meet and exceed showroom sales goals.
Collaborate as a team to generate new clients and cultivate sales.
